I designed this platform as a space for food enthusiasts to connect over the art of cooking, with a focus on flavor, authenticity, simplicity, and consistency. It's more than just preparing meals—it's about expressing love, culture, and creativity through food.

Each month, you'll receive a schedule with two weekly cooking classes—eight classes total per month. The focus isn’t nessesarily on following recipes, but rather on understanding ingredients and how they come together to create balanced flavors. You can join live to cook along with me, ask questions, take notes, or save the classes for later.
